Holistic singing is an active vibratory meditation that leaves you calm, centred and filled with ease. In this workshop you will sing, breathe and meditate to discover the incredible healing power of the voice inside of you.
Your voice is not solely of your mouth, lungs, diaphragm and vocal chords. Your voice is your body inside and out in its entirety. It is the vibration of your entire being, of all of the cells that make you - you. This vibration is healing and is located deep within your body.
Through singing, we have the ability to balance ourselves physically, emotionally and mentally. This approach to singing is nourishing, grounding and clarifying. We consider our entire being as the instrument and emphasise the integral role that our physical body and mind play in the health of our voice, as well as the important part that the voice plays to ensure that our entire self is grounded, balanced, confident and open to all possibilities.
