This online class teaches you how to approach depression holistically by addressing root causes and improving mental wellness. It offers you a new lens on mental wellbeing, providing both the insight and practical steps to make real, lasting change.

Depression is more than a mental health diagnosis - it’s a complex, deeply personal experience connected to our physical, emotional and environmental wellbeing. This class helps you to view depression from a functional perspective, embracing a holistic approach that considers the whole person.

Through actionable insights, science-backed practices, and mind-body tools, we’ll explore depression as a signal of underlying imbalances. You’ll leave with the knowhow to identify and address the root causes in order to support yourself or your loved ones on a path to greater resilience, balance and mental clarity.
